KELLY AMEEN

President of Association Management

Kelly is a President of Association Management at Miller Wenhold Association Management. She serves as the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors.

Kelly has worked with non-profits and associations for the past 15 years. She is a detail-oriented leader with strong program management skills. She received her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2012 and keeps it active. 

In her previous position as Community Solutions Director at the International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC), she oversaw all volunteer firefighter programs and wildland fire initiatives. She was also the staff liaison to the Volunteer and Combination Officers Section’s Board of Directors. Kelly has vast experience in budget management, workplan development, strategic planning, event/meeting planning, marketing, communication, resource development, people management, and more. While at the IAFC, she worked with various national, state, and local fire organizations. She also presented at several national fire conferences. 

Kelly is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and enjoys going back to visit Charlottesville.

Kelly is passionate about giving back to the community. She is on the Board of Directors of Langley Residential Support Services (LRSS), a non-profit organization that supports people with developmental disabilities. She is a member of the LRSS Development Committee and the Operations Committee. Kelly is a Special Olympics basketball coach, and her teams have consistently qualified for the annual state tournament.

Kelly is married to Jeff and together they have a Brussels Griffon dog named Juke.
