CHALLENGE
Miller Wenhold Association Management (MWAM) became the association management company for the Maryland Society of Surveyors in 2014. Our firm assumed responsibility of a well-functioning professional society from a predecessor who retired. MWAM lead an effort to upgrade programs, modernize technology, refresh and invigorate education programs, and bring a fresh new image to the organization.
SOLUTION
The firm implemented new branding, designed a new web-based association management system (AMS), revamped its conference format, implemented an app to conduct its scholarship fund's silent auction, and launched a sponsor program for the association's annual conference.
