Executive Account Coordinator
Sally is Director of Events for Miller Wenhold Association Management. She specializes in managing conferences, conventions, and continuing educations. This includes coordinating all aspects of conferences, including site selection, budgeting, program development, sponsorships, transportation, registration, marketing, on-site management, coordination with hotel staff, destination management companies, and outside service contractors.
Sally’s accomplishments at Miller Wenhold has been increasing both the attendance and profitability of conferences, expanding conference programs and adding new activities, initiating a corporate sponsorship program, and implementing a web-based conference registration system.
Sally is a native of Tennessee and has lived in the Northern Virginia area for over 30 years. She worked for two different members of Congress and worked for the Council of State Planning Agencies, an affiliate of the National Governor’s Association, where her administrative responsibilities included conference planning and coordination. She studied business administration at East Tennessee State University.
